The information we collect depends on how you use Jailhouse Poker and which features you choose to use.
Account Information
When you create or use a Jailhouse Poker account, we may collect or generate information such as:
- A unique account or user identifier
- Display name or username
- Email address, when provided through an available sign-in method
- Authentication information necessary to identify and secure your account
- Information received from third-party sign-in providers, such as Google, when you choose to use those services
- Guest account identifiers when you choose to play using a guest account
We do not receive your Google password or the password for other third-party authentication services.
Gameplay and Account Data
We may store information associated with your use of Jailhouse Poker, including:
- Virtual chip balance
- Daily rewards and promotional rewards
- Game state
- Match and gameplay information
- Game selections and settings
- Account progress
- Multiplayer session information
- Friends, invitations, or similar social features if available
- Records necessary to detect abuse, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of the game
This information is used to operate Jailhouse Poker and maintain authoritative game and account state.
Purchase Information
Jailhouse Poker may offer purchases of virtual items or virtual currency through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card information.
We and our purchase-management provider may receive information related to a purchase, including:
- Purchase or transaction identifiers
- Google Play purchase tokens
- Products purchased
- Purchase status
- Purchase history
- Refund or cancellation information
- An application user identifier associated with the purchase
- Information necessary to validate purchases and deliver purchased virtual items
Jailhouse Poker may use RevenueCat to help process, validate, manage, and synchronize in-app purchase information.
Device and Technical Information
When you use Jailhouse Poker, we or our service providers may automatically process certain technical information, such as:
- Device type
- Operating system and version
- Application version
- Internet Protocol address
- Language and locale
- Network information
- Application-generated identifiers
- Device or installation identifiers where necessary to operate a feature
- Connection and session information
- Error, security, or diagnostic information
We use this information to provide the service, maintain compatibility, diagnose problems, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Push Notification Information
If you allow push notifications, Jailhouse Poker may use OneSignal or another push-notification provider.

- Operating system
- Language

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you provide, including your email address, account identifier, message or support request, screenshots or other information you voluntarily provide, and technical information necessary to investigate the issue.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through support communications.
2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Jailhouse Poker does not require access to your precise GPS location, contacts, text messages, phone calls, microphone, or camera for ordinary gameplay.
An Internet Protocol address may provide an approximate geographic area, but Jailhouse Poker does not use GPS or similar technology to track your precise physical location.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health information, biometric information, racial or ethnic information, religious beliefs, or political opinions through normal gameplay.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through Jailhouse Poker to:
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Authenticate users
- Operate multiplayer games
- Maintain authoritative game state
- Maintain virtual chip balances and rewards
- Process and validate in-app purchases
- Deliver purchased virtual items
- Provide push notifications
- Save player preferences and progress
- Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, exploits, and unauthorized activity
- Protect the security and integrity of Jailhouse Poker
- Diagnose crashes, connection failures, and technical problems
- Provide customer support
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve the reliability and functionality of the game
We do not sell personal information collected through Jailhouse Poker.
We do not use personal information collected through Jailhouse Poker for targeted advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
Google services may be used for Google Sign-In, Google Play distribution, in-app purchases, authentication, and related platform services. Information processed by Google is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and account settings.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat may be used to manage and validate in-app purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase history, purchase tokens, transaction information, device information, application user identifiers, and related information required to provide its services.
OneSignal
OneSignal may be used to provide push notifications. OneSignal may process device and application identifiers, push tokens, IP addresses, device and operating-system information, language, time zone, notification delivery information, and related technical information.
Hosting and Backend Services
Jailhouse Poker uses server infrastructure to operate accounts, multiplayer games, virtual chip balances, rewards, and other server-authoritative features.
Our backend may use software such as Nakama and third-party cloud infrastructure providers to host and process information necessary to operate Jailhouse Poker.
Service providers are permitted to process information on our behalf for purposes related to providing their services.
5. Sharing of Information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers that help operate Jailhouse Poker
- To payment and purchase-processing providers
- To authentication providers
- To cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers
- When necessary to investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, or security incidents
- When required by law, legal process, court order, or valid governmental request
- When necessary to protect our legal rights, users, or services
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law
We do not sell Jailhouse Poker user information to data brokers.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Jailhouse Poker and maintain your account; maintain game and virtual-currency records; process and verify purchases; resolve disputes and support requests; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce our agreements; and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Jailhouse Poker account and associated personal data.
An account deletion option will be available through the application's Settings menu. Users may also request account deletion through the Jailhouse Poker account deletion webpage.
When we process an account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, including information maintained by service providers where applicable, except for information that we are permitted or required to retain.
Certain limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, chargebacks or payment disputes, legal obligations, tax or accounting obligations, or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue normal operation of a deleted account.
Deleting the Jailhouse Poker application from your device does not by itself delete your account.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of certain processing, information about how your information is used, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests in order to protect your account and personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Jailhouse Poker uses secured network communications for production services where appropriate.
However, no Internet service, server, device, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
Jailhouse Poker is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except as permitted by applicable law.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances where parental consent or another legal basis was required and was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to Jailhouse Poker may contact us using the information below.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, appropriate protections will be used for international transfers of personal information.
