Delete Your Account & Data

You may request permanent deletion of your Jailhouse Poker account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Delete Your Account From the App

If you still have access to Jailhouse Poker:

1. Open Jailhouse Poker.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Delete Account & Data.
5. Follow the instructions to submit your deletion request.

Delete Your Account Without the App

If you no longer have Jailhouse Poker installed or cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing:

Please include enough information for us to identify the account you want deleted, such as:

• The email address associated with your Jailhouse Poker account, if applicable
• Your Jailhouse Poker display name or username, if known
• Any other non-sensitive account information that may help us identify the correct account

We may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before completing a deletion request. This helps prevent someone else from deleting your account without permission.

What Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account where applicable, including information such as:

• Jailhouse Poker account information
• Account identifiers and authentication associations under our control
• Email address associated with the account, where applicable
• Display name or username
• Virtual chip balance
• Daily rewards and promotional reward information
• Account progress
• Saved player preferences associated with the account
• Friends, invitations, or similar social information
• Push-notification associations linked to the account
• Gameplay and multiplayer information associated with the account where it is not necessary to retain that information for legitimate purposes

Deleting your account permanently removes your ability to access virtual chips, rewards, progress, and other account-specific content associated with that account.

Information We May Retain

Some limited information may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as:

• Fraud and abuse prevention
• Security investigations
• Purchase verification
• Refunds and chargebacks
• Financial, tax, or accounting obligations
• Compliance with applicable law
• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

Information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue normal operation of the deleted account.

We may also retain information that has been permanently anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

Purchases

Deleting your Jailhouse Poker account does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund previous purchases made through Google Play or another application marketplace.

Refunds are subject to the applicable marketplace's policies and applicable law.

Any virtual chips or virtual items associated with the deleted account will no longer be accessible after account deletion.

Important

You must submit an account deletion request using one of the methods described above.

Once account deletion has been completed, it generally cannot be reversed.
